The Practicalities
Where is it?
Hebron Hall Conference Centre is in the village of Dinas Powis in the Vale of Glamorgan near Cardiff.
The venue has been chosen because of its good access routes from all over the UK thanks to the popular Millenium stadium!
Dinas Powis railway station is less than half a mile away and Cardiff Airport is within 8 miles. Transport can be arranged to and from these if needed.
A map of the area can be found here
Train times can be found here.
www.nationalrail.co.uk
When should I arrive?
6pm onwards (Dinner will be at 7.30pm) However we are aware many people cannot arrive until later due to work commitments and the evening programme is organised to cater for this.
The last meeting on Sunday will finish at 3pm
Coming on my own?
There are usually a good number of people who come on their own. We try to match up people to share lifts where possible and arrange the structure of the conference to allow for people to quickly get to know others.
What do I need to bring?
Sleeping bag or sheets (those paying extra for a smaller room will have bed linen provided)
Pillow Case
Towel
Wash kit
Clothes
Swimming costume (if wanted)
Bible
Money for books/ resources
